Event Schedule: Our Food Bank Distribution takes place on the third Saturday of every month, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Tzu Chi Melaka Campus, Batu Berendam. If this date coincides with a major holiday, we will reschedule and announce the new date under the "Notice" section of our homepage.
Appointment Requirement: To collect food items, you must secure an appointment before the distribution day that you wish to attend. Successful appointments receive an immediate confirmation message upon form submission. No additional reminders will be sent.
Missed Appointments: If you miss the appointment, you cannot collect food items for that month. You will need to try again next month.
On-Site Registration: There is no on-site registration available on distribution day.
Online Registration: Online appointment registration opens on the second day after each distribution event, unless delayed for specific reasons. Register early as appointments are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Quota and Deadline: Registration closes when the appointment quota is reached or the deadline passes, whichever comes first.
Enforcing the "Three No-Shows, Block for Three Months" Rule: To ensure that supplies go to those who truly need them and to prevent waste and misuse of distribution slots, we are now enforcing this rule. In simple terms, if you register or make an appointment six times or less and miss three of them, the system will automatically suspend your eligibility to receive supplies for three months.
If You Cannot Attend: If you cannot attend, please do not register or book an appointment. Alternatively, if you have already registered or booked an appointment but realize before the distribution day that you can't make it, please WhatsApp 010-882 1829 as soon as possible to cancel, so someone else can have the opportunity. If you cancel successfully, it will not count as a no-show; if you cancel too late, it will count as a no-show.
