Distribution Day Rules:
- Arrive at the venue before 1:00 PM on the distribution day. Latecomers will not be allowed to collect food items.
- Bring your original MyKad to prove your identity. Photocopies, digital images, or other documents will not be accepted.
- Bring your own bags to collect and pack food items. No bags or boxes will be provided.
- Please consider wearing a face mask at your own discretion. Face masks will not be provided on site. If you have symptoms such as coughing, a runny nose, or fever, please do not attend the distribution activity.
- Beneficiaries are not allowed to collect food on behalf of others, nor may they authorize others to collect food on their behalf.
- Wear appropriate attire, similar to that required at government offices.
- Traffic rules within the premises: Please follow the instructions of the traffic volunteers. Do not ignore or verbally abuse them. Car owners must leave a contact number for emergency purposes, and motorcyclists are requested not to lock their handlebars. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification from receiving aid items.
- Smoking, littering, spitting, and damage to public property are strictly prohibited within the premises.
